  • How to make a learning license online  First, you need to apply for a Learner’s License (LL). This is the initial permission to learn driving.
  • Visit the website https://parivahan.gov.in.
  • Click on “Drivers/Learners License” and select your state.
  • Now select the “Apply for Learner’s License” option.
  • Select “Submit via Aadhar Authentication” and enter your Aadhaar number.
  • Verify with an OTP and fill out the application form.
  • Upload all documents and pay the fees online.
  • Once the fees are paid, your learning license application will be completed, eliminating the need to visit the RTO office.

How to Take a Learning License Online Test?

  • Online Learning License Test In Hindi After applying for a LL, you need to take an online test (STALL).
  • Go to https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in.
  • Click on “Online LL Test (STALL)”.
  • Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Password.
  • Complete the test consisting of questions related to traffic rules.
  • Upon passing the test, your Learner Driving License will be generated, which you can download from there.

Upon passing the test, your Permanent Driving License is generated and sent to your address within a few days.
